Target population
• Children with LDDs and their parents/families/caregivers; with a specific focus on cerebral palsy.
• Communities in project areas are also part of the target group for social change and their participation will ensure a community-based rehabilitation.
• Various stakeholders active in the education and rehabilitation process, including local partners and associates (com
munity-based organizations CBOs, disabled people organizations DPOs, local craftsmen, school teachers, community development workers CDWs, governmental organizations GOs, non governmental organizations NGOs, and international non governmental organizations INGOs). SSN’s Interventions can be described according to being child-based or community-based:

The impact of these interventions can be measured at different levels where positive outcomes are expected:
• Direct benefit to children
• Enhanced children’s participation
• Reduced discrimination (disability, gender, caste, minority status etc…)
• Strengthened partnerships and improved collaboration
• Development and strengthening of the education system, technology and pedagogy to include all learners
