We are thrilled to announce that today our day care center has completed a year of journey!! We have been able to provide need based services for our children with everyone’s support and blessings!! And we hope for many more years to celebrate in coming years!!
We have conducted an annual day program in presence of Chief Guest & Chief of Education Department of Pokhara Metropolitan City Office Mr. Hem Prasad Acharya, Special Guest & Chief of Education Development & Coordination Unit (EDCU) Mr. Lok Nath Acharya, Chairperson of Independent Living Centre-Pokhara, Mr. Hem Bahadur Gurung, Vice- Chairman Ms Anjana KC, Chair person and member of Himalayan Lions Club Mr Bishnu Kayastha and Mr Ashok Kumar Shrestha, Program Manager of SAATHI SANSAAR Nepal Mr. Narayan Adhikari and social activist Ms Manisha Bhandari, Principal of Global Batika Montessori Ms Babita Palikhe and parents and children. The program themed for “Subhakama Adan Pradan” and also distribution of Certificate of appreciation for donors and supporters was successfully conducted!!

We partcipated at a very fruitful and important 2 days training conducted by Disabled Women Empowerment Center where very inspiring people have enlightened us about Disability, Independent living, Care giver and their importance. We will surely practice effectively in our organization and in our family life for the betterment of our children!!

यो महत्त्वपूर्ण मुद्दालाई दृश्यात्मकता चाहिन्छ, यो धेरै मानिसहरूसम्म पुग्नु पर्छ ताकि तिनीहरूले जिम्मेवार व्यक्तिको रूपमा काम गर्न सकून् र मद्दत गर्न सकून् जीवनमा चुनौतीहरूको सामना गर्ने मानिसहरूलाई आशावादी रहन र अगाडि बढ्न प्रोत्साहित गर्दै।
मेरो बुझाइमा हामी मानिसहरू र हाम्रो वरपरका मानिसहरूप्रति बढी अवलोकनकर्ता, बुझाइ र सहानुभूतिशील हुनुपर्छ। सधैं सम्झनुहोस् कि हाम्रो दैनिक जीवनमा हामीलाई प्राकृतिक लाग्न सक्ने कुराहरू अरूको लागि कार्य हुन सक्छ। संसारले अत्यन्तै भेदभाव गरिरहेको छ, कहिलेकाहीं यस्तो कार्य खुलेआम गरिन्छ। तर यसको धेरैजसो भाग समाजको जगमा पनि निर्माण गरिएको छ जहाँ हामीसँग ज्ञान, संवेदनशीलता र समझको कमी छ। समाजको रूपमा प्रत्येक व्यक्तिले कुनै पनि धारणा र निर्णय बिना सहयोगी हुनु आवश्यक छ। सबैभन्दा महत्त्वपूर्ण कुरा हामीले यस्ता विशेष व्यक्तिहरूलाई कुनै पनि प्रकारको दया वा कम नठानी समान व्यवहार गर्न सिक्नुपर्छ।
शुभचिन्तक, साथीभाइ, परिवार वा समुदायका मानिसहरू आदिको रूपमा हामीले सधैं कसैको कमजोरी र जीवनलाई स्वीकार गर्न सिक्नुपर्छ। धेरैका लागि यो साँच्चै जीवनभरको संघर्ष हुन सक्छ, समर्थकहरूको रूपमा हामीसँग बलियो आन्तरिक लचिलोपन र शक्ति हुनुपर्छ।
