Bodhichitta Child Development Society Bodhichitta Development Society is a children home established to provide shelter, care and education to earthquake victims, orphans and disabled children.

The organization was established by two pure hearted individuals who are family-less and have been served in different institutions throughout the community as social workers.Thus, Bodhichitta Development Society was formed with their shared commitment to loving kindness and compassion towards the suffering of needy children. This social organization functions and depends on donations from suppo

rters. Without the continuing financial and moral support we kindly receive we could not keep our vision alive. The transparency of the funds we manage, the accountability of decisions we make and integrity of a social organization all in the loving light of our children are our core values.

We Bodhichitta Family would like to thank the eldest daughter Dorjee Dolma Sherpa who resides in Korea and the youngest daughter Lakpa Doma Sherpa who resides in America for offering us Rs.15,000/-for special meal on the occasion of their beloved late mother Tsultrim Helmo Sherpa's 6th Death Anniversary.

We were blessed to remember her in our prayer and to light the lamps in her name..May she be reborn in the Dewachen .
