After a flight to Lukla and a two day hike to Namche Bazaar, Todd and Dané embarked on part 2 of the school tour. They visited the students sponsored by the Alpine Ascents Foundation at the home of Tsedam, the owner of Home Away from Home, the hostel where our students reside during the school year.
It was a warm welcome seeing such wonderful friends that Todd has made through his years of climbing in the Himalayas.
The students attend the Shree Himalaya School and were all healthy, happy, and loved learning in their beautiful school perched on the edge of Namche Bazaar. A educated life is a better life. We are so blessed by each of these students!
