On the occasion of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence and Human Rights Day, our CHFN team had the honor of being invited by Chautara Sangachowkgadhi Municipality to lead and participate in various events.
We joyfully conducted awareness activities on Digital Violence among adolescents in two schools. On the final day i.e. December 10th, we joined the rally and participated in the folk song singing competition. Competing against 14 talented groups, our team was thrilled to secure second place! 🤭😇🙌🏻🥰
This achievement was truly unexpected, and we are overjoyed by the experience. It was an enriching journey that brought us closer as a team and allowed us to make meaningful contributions.
We are grateful for the opportunity and extend our heartfelt gratitude to Chautara Sangachowkgadhi Municipality and all the organizing teams for their support and collaboration.

16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence

We were honored to conduct an awareness workshop for school teenagers on Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) and Digital Violence at Shree Gyan Mandir Namuna Secondary School and Kalidevi Secondary School

The workshop focused on:
📌 Understanding gender-based violence
📌 Recognizing unsafe digital behaviors
📌 Learning how to seek help and support
📌 Encouraging respect, equality, and safe online practices

The active participation and curiosity of the students reminded us how important early awareness is in building a safer and more justiceful society.
Together, we continue to empower young people to speak up, stay safe, and stand against all forms of violence.
