CREHPA/ SAAF The project covers five districts namely Banke, Bardiya, Pyuthan, Sindhuli and Udayapur.

CREHPA has been managing SAAF (ENABLE program and Breaking the Barriers) since 2007 that focuses on marginalized and vulnerable women and girls to increase safe abortion and post-abortion family planning service access (2007-2016). The main objectives SAAF program are to prevent unsafe abortion, reduce maternal mortality rate occurred due to unsafe abortion, and expand access to safe abortion services.
