YV was established in 1985 to support and protect human rights and ensure that essential drug demand reduction and harm reduction services. It has been working in six different districts and also technically supporting likeminded organizations across the country. YV has been successful to uproot the drug indulgence and deep rooted stigma and desperateness prevalent among the PLHA and instill the b
etter health, skill, confidence and most importantly the dignity to nearly, 20, 000 human capitals across Nepal. Youth Vision is providing comprehensive services comprising Oral Substitution Therapy (OST), needle exchange, outreach with primary health care, inpatient drug treatment and rehabilitation services and income generating programs. Likewise, other array of services are referral services like VCCT, AIDS diagnostics, etc. are linked with the Public sector facilities in the Nepalese health care system. Youth Vision comprises experience and competent human resource and own good track record. It has wider networks and established milestone in the sectors of drugs and HIV. It has also earned lots of appreciation and bagged wider recognition. Youth Vision is the most entrusted partners of national and international agencies to carry out activities to promote awareness on drugs and HIV.
