Our second episode, “Who Suffers the Most?”, takes the conversation on climate change a step further.

This time, we ask a difficult but necessary question: when climate injustice unfolds, who truly bears the burden? Is it all of us? Is it the planet itself? Or is it those who are already vulnerable, the ones who may not even have the access or privilege to watch this conversation in the first place?
Through this episode, we invite you to reflect on inequality, responsibility, and the uneven realities of climate impact.

Our third and final episode will be out soon. Stay tuned.

As part of our educational materials this year, our thinker, Aastha Kalauni, went above and beyond, not only developing an educational magazine , but also creating a short video series comprising three episodes centered on climate change and climate justice.

The first episode, titled “Who is Responsible?”, invites us to think more deeply about accountability for the current state of our environment. It encourages reflection on our own actions, both big and small, and challenges us to consider our role in the larger climate narrative.

We hope this video makes you reflect as much as it did for us, and if it does, just wait until you see what’s coming in the next episodes.

Today marks one year since Biruwa was named as the Climate Tank Accelerator winner from Nepal. “Thankful” hardly captures what we feel. Over the past year, we have connected with people we never imagined we would, grown in ways we couldn’t have foreseen, and witnessed each other transform. From being students to now some of us being lawyers, others in their final year, and some welcoming juniors, our journey has been incredible. We have learned so much, yet every day reminds us there is still more to discover. As we look toward the year ahead, our hearts are full of gratitude, for everyone who made this journey possible, and even for those quietly smiling as they read this, knowing they played a part in it. Thank you.

What began as an idea, a space to question, to learn, to grow, has turned into something far bigger than us. And we know we didn’t get here alone.

To everyone who believed in the work when it was still just a sketch on paper, to those who joined hands, shared knowledge, opened doors, or simply stood by, thank you.

This journey has been shaped by your trust, your time, your voices.

Here’s to the questions still worth asking, and to the quiet power of showing up, again and again.
