(Old Testament)

(New Testament)

(Direct Fellowship):

(Obedience):

(Sacrifice through Blood):

Come Home to Fellowship: A Warm Invitation to Join Us Every Saturday

Hey church family,

Life moves fast, and it’s incredibly easy to get caught up in the hustle of our daily routines. But every now and then, we need to pause, reset, and remember that we weren't meant to walk this journey of faith alone.

If it’s been a minute since you’ve sat in the pews, or if you’ve been watching from home, we want to gently remind you: there is a place reserved just for you here.

Why Gathering Together Matters

Strength in Community: Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 27:17 that "as iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." We lift each other up when we gather.

Shared Worship: There is a unique, powerful presence when the body of Christ lifts its voices together in one room.

A Rest for Your Soul: Church isn’t another task on your to-do list; it’s a sanctuary where you can lay down your heavy burdens and receive encouragement.

"For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." — Matthew 18:20

We Miss Your Presence

Our church isn't just a building; it’s a family. And a family is at its best when everyone is gathered around the table. Your smile, your unique spirit, and your presence add something invaluable to our community.

No judgment, no expectations—just open arms, a warm cup of coffee, and a community ready to welcome you home.

Will we see you this Saturday?

Service Times: 10:30 AM & 12:30 PM

Location: King's Center, Godawari kitini-3, Lalitpur

We can’t wait to worship side-by-side with you!

Dairy
Along with bread, fish, meat, olives, grapes, and other fruits and vegetables, dairy products were important foods of the Bible. They provided great variety and significant nutrition to the ancient world. Fresh, raw products from grass-fed cows, sheep, and goats constituted the dairy portion of the biblical diet.
• Butter (Proverbs 30:33)
• Cheese (2 Samuel 17:29; Job 10:10)
• Curds (Isaiah 7:15)
• Milk (Exodus 33:3; Job 10:10; Judges 5:25)

Animal Meats
The Bible distinguishes between clean and unclean animals. According to the book of Leviticus, clean meats are those from animals that have a cloven hoof and chew the cud. Jewish dietary laws taught God's people not to eat the blood of animals or any meat that had been sacrificed to idols. These foods were considered unclean. Clean animal meats of the Bible were:
• Calf (Proverbs 15:17; Luke 15:23)
• Goat (Genesis 27:9)
• Lamb (2 Samuel 12:4)
• Oxen (1 Kings 19:21)
• Sheep (Deuteronomy 14:4)
• Venison (Genesis 27:7 KJV)

Fowl
In the Bible, these birds were considered clean and suitable for eating.
• Partridge (1 Samuel 26:20; Jeremiah 17:11)
• Pigeon (Genesis 15:9; Leviticus 12:8)
• Quail (Psalm 105:40)
• Dove (Leviticus 12:8)

Fish
Seafood was another staple in the Bible. However, only certain fish and other seafood were suitable for eating. According to Leviticus 11:9, edible seafood had to have fins and scales. Shellfish was prohibited. Today, we know that fish like Tuna, Salmon, Cod, Red Snapper, and many others are high in protein and healthy omega fats, which can help reduce inflammation, lower blood pressure, and provide many other health benefits.
• Matthew 15:36
• John 21:11-13

Grains
Healthy grains were a primary staple in Bible times. Grains are some of the easiest natural foods to keep preserved for years. Throughout the Bible, bread is a symbol of God's life-sustaining provision. Jesus Himself is the "Bread of Life"—our true source of spiritual life. This bread never perishes or spoils.
• Barley (Deuteronomy 8:8; Ezekiel 4:9)
• Bread (Genesis 25:34; 2 Samuel 6:19; 16:1; Mark 8:14)
• Corn (Matthew 12:1; KJV - refers to "grain" such as wheat or barley)

• Millet (Ezekiel 4:9)
• Spelt (Ezekiel 4:9)
• Unleavened Bread (Genesis 19:3; Exodus 12:20)
• Wheat (Ezra 6:9; Deuteronomy 8:8)

Vegetables and Legumes
God provided vegetables and legumes packed with nutrients, fiber, and protein to power the people of the Bible. In Babylon, Daniel and his friends observed a diet of only vegetables (Daniel 1:12).
• Beans (2 Samuel 17:28; Ezekiel 4:9)
• Cucumbers (Numbers 11:5)

Seasonings, Spices, and Herbs

Pray For Israel

ISRAELI PRIME MINISTER NETANYAHU DECLARED LOUDLY, “LET THE WORLD REMEMBER: THOSE WHO TRIED TO DESTROY US ARE NO MORE.”

“We came here 75 years ago just to live.
Back then, we had no country and no army.
Seven nations waged war against us.
We were only 65,000 people.
There was no one to save us.
Only the God of Israel, Jehovah, saved us.
And yet, attacks against us never ceased.

Countries like Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Libya, and Saudi Arabia showed us no mercy.
They all wanted to destroy us.
But we survived.

After being exiled from our own land, we returned.
The United Nations gave us a land that was 65% desert.
We soaked it with our blood.
We turned it into our nation because it means everything to us.

We forgot nothing.
We escaped Pharaoh.
We escaped Greece.
We escaped Rome.
We escaped Spain.
We escaped Hi**er.
We escaped the Arab nations.
We escaped Saddam.
We escaped Gaddafi.
We will escape Hamas.
We will escape Hezbollah.
We will escape Iran.

Our Jerusalem has been attacked 52 times,
besieged 23 times,
destroyed 39 times,
completely destroyed 3 times,
and captured 44 times—
but we have never forgotten Jerusalem.
It is in our heart, in our mind,
and it will live in our soul as long as we live.

Let the world remember:
Those who tried to destroy us are no more—
Egypt, Lebanon, Babylon, Greece, Alexander, the Romans—
all are gone.
But we still survive.

They (the Islamists) want to erase us.
They took our traditions and heritage.
They took our teachings.
They claimed our prophets.
Abraham became Ibrahim,
Solomon became Suleiman.

Then one day they said,
“Your prophet (Muhammad) has come.”
We did not accept it.
They asked how we could reject it.
The time of his coming had not yet arrived.
They said, “Accept it! Proclaim it!”
We refused.
So they killed us.
They seized our cities.
They turned our city Yathrib into Medina.
They murdered us and drove us away.

In Mecca, we were 200,000.
They killed us.
They called us enemies and slaughtered us.
The same happened in Syria and Oman.
300,000 of us were murdered.
In Iraq, we were 200,000.
In Turkey, we were 400,000.
We were massacred.

They killed us and took our cities, money, property, homes, livestock, and honor.
Yet, we survived.

Over 1,300 years, millions of Jews were killed.
Still, we survived.

75 years ago, they spat on us, humiliated us, beat us.
That was our fate.
But we held firm in leadership and in faith.

Today, we have our own land.
We have our own army.
We have a modest economy.
In this time, we created Intel, Microsoft, IBM, and Facebook.
Today, our doctors make medicines.
Our writers write books.
This is for everyone—
for the well-being of all humanity.

We turned the desert green.
Our fruits, medicines, tools, and satellites—
they are for everyone.

We are not enemies to anyone.
We have not vowed to destroy anyone.
We do not wish to destroy anyone.
We do not even conspire against anyone.

All we desire is to live with honor
in our country, on our land, in our homeland.

For the last thousand years,
we were destroyed, expelled, persecuted—
but we were not wiped out.
We were never defeated.
And we never will be.

We will win. We will prevail.
We were in Jerusalem 3,000 years ago.
Today we are in our first homeland—Israel.
Jerusalem was ours.
It is ours.
It will remain ours.
Jerusalem is from us.
We are from Jerusalem.”

Jerusalem is the CITY OF GODS PEOPLE.

4 Things We Should Quit to Draw Closer to God.

1. Quit Worrying:

Worry takes away our peace and trust in God. Instead, we should give our worries to Him in prayer.
📖 Bible Verse:
Philippians 4:6–7
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”

2. Stop Talking Negative to Yourself:

Our words influence our faith. Instead of speaking negatively, we should speak truth from God’s Word.
📖 Bible Verse:
Proverbs 18:21
“The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”

3. Quit Living in Fear:

Fear stops us from trusting God. God gives us courage and strength.
📖 Bible Verse:
2 Timothy 1:7
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

4. Stop Pleasing People:

If we always try to please people, we cannot fully follow God’s will.
📖 Bible Verse:
Galatians 1:10
“Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.”

✅ Simple Conclusion:
When we stop worrying, stop negative self-talk, overcome fear, and stop pleasing people, our heart becomes free to trust and follow God more closely.
