The Project Propel team is deeply saddened by the devastating Bhotekoshi flash flood and the destruction and suffering it has caused.

While our team members and their families are safe, our hearts go out to the people and communities who have lost loved ones, homes, livelihoods, and possessions. We extend our deepest condolences to all those affected and our sincere appreciation to the rescue teams, local authorities, volunteers, and communities working tirelessly in this difficult situation.

Please stay safe and take care of one another during this challenging time.

At 87, Tila Bahadur Bista walked nearly 3 hours to reach our Madhane Community Health Center. Living with his nephew and without immediate family support, he is a regular visitor to our clinic.
His smile reflects his gratitude for the friendly care and essential medicines he receives. Stories like Tila Bahadur from remote villages remind us why accessible healthcare matters.

The women’s group in Dashankali was delighted to receive agricultural tools and has already prepared a demonstration plot for vegetable cultivation. With great enthusiasm, they also learned to prepare Effective Microorganisms (EM), Trichoderma, and Metarhizium to promote sustainable and eco-friendly farming. Their commitment and eagerness to learn are truly inspiring!

We recently visited the schools we are working with, engaging directly with students and teachers to strengthen awareness on oral health and support the ongoing activities of the project.

Together, we are helping children build lifelong healthy habits, prevent dental diseases, and move toward brighter, healthier futures.
