Last week, Teach For Nepal Fellows from all four clusters gathered in Kathmandu for their Mini Learning Institute - a four-day community of practice, where Fellows share and learn from each other. The gathering provided a space for Fellows to reflect on their classroom experiences, exchange best practices, and discuss ongoing challenges.
Key highlights of the four days included experts and alumni led sessions, subject specific sessions and learnings, reflections about their journey in the community as Fellows in the first three months of the new academic year. Sikai Dabali became a space for Fellows to dive deeper into their interventions and experiments in their schools and communities. This time, Sikai Dabali was also enhanced by the presence of Collaborative Schools Network (CSN), Helambu Education Livelihood Partnership (HELP) and Open Learning Exchange Nepal (OLE Nepal), who shared technical knowledge and educational tools with the Fellows.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Kathmandu Model College (KMC) for providing venue support and assisting throughout the event. Thank you to all the education experts, partners, supporters and alumni who contributed their time and knowledge to make these four days impactful.
