It has been one month since we celebrated the International Day of Ethical Nature Conservation, and the momentum continues to grow.

Across Asia and beyond, is being carried forward by the people closest to the land. This photo captures a training led by a graduate of our program, from PEACE r’CHAN – Conservation in Harmony (India). Their work reflects the heart of Ethical Conservation: listening deeply, showing up with respect, and fostering community-rooted leadership.

As we look back on the past month, we honour the Indigenous peoples and local communities whose stewardship guides us toward a more just and equitable future for nature.

Let’s continue building this movement — one partnership, one lesson, one shared step at a time.
