Small Mammals Conservation and Research Foundation is a Not for profit organization working in the field of conservation focusing small mammals, located at Bagdol, Lalitpur. We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Admin & Account Assistant to join our team.

Position: Admin & Account Assistant

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Bagdol, Lalitpur-4
Offered Salary: As per Organization’s policy

Job Responsibilities (Admin & Account Assistant)
Accounting: Maintain daily accounting entries (Journal, Ledger, Invoicing, Petty Cash).
Tax/Compliance: Assist in preparing VAT/TDS records, Bank Reconciliation, and salary sheets.
Administration: Handle office administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and scanning.
Inventory/Office Supplies: Manage office supplies, stock inventory, and manage front-desk inquiries.
Liaison: Coordinate with agencies, banks and tax offices.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management/Commerce (BBA/BBS) or equivalent.
Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Communication: Good command of both Nepali and English (written and oral).
License: Two-wheeler license is mandatory.
