We are pleased to offer several scholarships and student opportunities at the Annual Nepal AI School (ANAIS) 2026.

🎓 General Scholarships
➤ Scholarship selection is competitive and based on financial need, merit, diversity, and inclusion.
➤ Most scholarships provide full or partial registration fee waivers.
➤ Please note that travel, accommodation, visa costs, meals outside the AI School, and other personal expenses are not covered unless explicitly stated in the scholarship offer.

🇳🇵 Special Provincial Scholarships
➤ To promote diversity and inclusion across Nepal, two selected student applicants from each of Nepal’s seven provinces will receive a special full scholarship.
➤ Eligibility: Student applicants currently residing in the respective province for their studies.
➤ How to apply: Apply to ANAIS 2026 under the Scholarship category.
➤ Selection: Eligible applicants will be shortlisted based on the information provided in their application. Priority will be given to female applicants and applicants from underrepresented communities.
➤ Coverage includes: Registration fee, accommodation, travel expenses, and meals throughout the program.

👩‍💻 Teaching Assistant (TA)
➤ Selected Teaching Assistants will receive a full registration fee waiver and will help guide participants during hands-on lab sessions.
➤ Applicants should demonstrate strong knowledge in at least one major topic covered by the school and provide evidence of their expertise through publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences/journals or significant relevant industry experience.

🤝 Student Ambassadors & Volunteers
➤ Students interested in becoming a Student Ambassador or Volunteer must first apply to ANAIS 2026.
➤ After submitting the ANAIS application, applicants must also complete the Expression of Interest (EOI) form (link on the webpage below).
➤ Selection will be based on the information provided in both the ANAIS application and EOI.
