Today, our dedicated FCHVs took a powerful step forward — conducting a menstrual cycle session with men! 🙌

In earlier sessions, it was a challenge to involve men, but this time, they joined with open minds and hearts. 💬❤️ Together, we discussed the importance of men understanding menstruation — not as a “women’s issue,” but as a shared responsibility.

When men are aware and supportive, they help create an environment where girls and women can feel respected, comfortable, and confident. 👨‍👩‍👧✨

Let’s keep encouraging open conversations — because change begins with awareness, and awareness begins with all of us. 🌺

Two incredible nurses from Hope is life India have joined hands with Hope is Life Nepal to bring awareness on menstrual health and hygiene to our tribal community women’s and girls . 🩸✨

Through open conversations, demonstrations, and heartfelt discussions, they are helping break age-old taboos, replace myths with facts, and encourage healthy menstrual practices. This session is not just about hygiene — it’s about empowerment, dignity, and equality.

In Kanchanpur, 32 year-old Kamala lost her life after being bitten by a snake while sleeping in a Chhau Goth. This is not just an incident — it is the result of societal silence and neglect.

Hope is Life Nepal continues to work for menstrual health and to end Chhaupadi. We urge everyone to come together to end this inhumane practice.

🩸Menstruation is sacred — not a sin.
🚫No more Chhau Goths, we demand safe homes.
