नेपालका बालबालिका बाढी, खडेरी, अत्यधिक गर्मी र वायु प्रदूषणलगायत एकअर्कासँग जोडिएका जलवायु तथा वातावरणीय जोखिमबीच हुर्किरहेका छन्। युनिसेफको तथ्याङ्कले प्रत्येक बालबालिकाको सुरक्षित र स्वस्थ भविष्यका लागि बालबालिका केन्द्रित जलवायु कार्य तत्काल अघि बढाउनुपर्ने स्पष्ट सन्देश दिन्छ।

Nepal’s children are growing up amid overlapping climate and environmental threats—from floods and drought to extreme heat and polluted air. UNICEF’s findings call for urgent, child-centred climate action to secure a safer and healthier future for every child.

तथ्यांकले बाल गरिबी र बाल संरक्षण सबैभन्दा ठूलो चिन्ताको विषय भएको देखाउँछ, जबकि स्वास्थ्य र शिक्षा तुलनात्मक रूपमा राम्रो अवस्थामा छन्।
Nepal's climate risk score for children is 2.85 out of 10.
The data shows that child poverty and child protection are the biggest concerns, while health and education are relatively better.

Nepal emits less than 0.04% of global CO₂ — one of the smallest footprints on Earth. Yet its children rank among the most exposed to climate danger. The crisis they face was not one they caused.

Our Biratnagar chapter, UNIFY Biratnagar, actively participated in the Consultation Meeting on Nepal's Climate Change Policy, organized by the Ministry of Forests and Environment.

The program was graced by the Honourable Minister for Tourism, Forest and Environment of Koshi Province, Bhim Parajuli, as the Chief Guest.
