We successfully completed a two-day event in Dhangadhi, bringing together enthusiastic participants from diverse backgrounds. The workshop focused on youth training around local climate issues — linking ground realities to policy, exploring the role of young people, and working in groups to build youth-led campaigns and advocacy for a local climate agenda.
We made sure to engage participants from across the Sudurpachhim region — listening to, sharing, and amplifying climate voices from the ground, through different perspectives and the lens of intersectionality.

🌍 यूनेपको उत्सर्जन अन्तर प्रतिवेदन २०२५ अनुसार – अफ्रिकी युनियन बाहेकका जी-२० देशहरू (विश्वको ७७% उत्सर्जन) को २०२४ मा ०.७% वृद्धि भएको छ। चीन र भारतको सबैभन्दा उच्च वृद्धि दर छ, इन्डोनेसियाले सबैभन्दा तीव्र गतिमा उत्सर्जन वृद्धि गर्दैछ। युरोपेली संघ, प्रमुख उत्सर्जनकर्ता को मात्र उत्सर्जन घटेको छ।
📊 G20 emissions (excl. AU) — 77% of global total — rose 0.7% in 2024. China & India led absolute increases, Indonesia grew fastest. The EU was the only major emitter to cut emissions.

We successfully completed a two-day event in Surkhet, bringing together enthusiastic participants from diverse backgrounds. The workshop focused on youth training around local climate issues — linking ground realities to policy, exploring the role of young people, and working in groups to build youth-led campaigns and advocacy for a local climate agenda.
We made sure to engage participants from across the Karnali region — listening to, sharing, and amplifying climate voices from the ground, through different perspectives and the lens of intersectionality.

📉 84% of persons with disabilities globally had no personal disaster preparedness plan in 2023 — up from 72% in 2013.
That means the situation is getting worse, not better. Inclusion saves lives. We must do better.

पानीसँग सम्बन्धित जोखिम तीव्र रूपमा बढ्दैछन्। २०१० को दशकमा १.९ अर्ब मानिसहरू गम्भीर पानी अभावको जोखिममा थिए—२०५० सम्म यो संख्या ३ अर्ब नजिक पुग्नेछ। साथै, बाढीको जोखिममा रहेका मानिसहरूको संख्या पनि तीव्र रूपमा बढ्दैछ।
