Chaudhary Foundation Chaudhary foundation is a social initiative by CG Corp Global working to improve lives, strengthen communities and sustainably Nepal.

Chaudhary Foundation tackles some of the Nepal's most pressing issues within social, economic and environmental fields. Chaudhary Foundation, established in 1995 by the Chaudhary family, a social initiative of the Chaudhary Group. It focuses on activities aimed to improve lives, strengthen communities and sustainably develop Nepal. Through both the local and international partnership, Chaudhary Foundation tackles some of Nepal’s most pressing issues within social, economic and environmental fields. Because of its strong sense of responsibility towards improving livelihoods, the group has actively invested in community projects for over two decades, thriving to shape a stronger society. For each challenge, the foundation funds innovative ideas to help remove barriers and promote sustainable development, including quality education, economic empowerment, allowing for access to healthcare and uplifting Nepal’s youth. Focused and optimistic, the foundation is working with our partners to identify and implement transformative solutions so that every citizen can aspire to live a safe, healthy and productive life. Since its establishment, Chaudhary foundation has been working on Disaster Risk Management by providing long term humanitarian response to the most affected area. Initially Chaudhary Foundation focused on awareness and later on realizing the importance of rebuilding and sustainability, Chaudhary Foundation started on disaster recovery and rehabilitations.

Today, we successfully hosted the 4th Cycle NSB Investment Pitch, bringing together innovative entrepreneurs from a wide range of industries from construction and eco-friendly products to organic cosmetics. Each participant showcased inspiring business ideas and demonstrated remarkable passion and potential.

Everyone needs a push in the back, a helping hand to grow at times. Through NSB, we aim to provide that support by providing social financing and collaborative partnerships. At our core we want to help build the Nepalese entrepreneurship landscape and aid impact-led ventures grow sustainably.

Since 2024, in 16 batches, 332 people have been provided vocational training to learn various skills under the Electrical and Mechanical Training.

Under LG Shipshikshya, the goal is to not let any potential go to waste. This isn't just about training sessions or certificates. It’s about dignity. It’s about walking up to a person and handing them the most powerful tool in the world: the ability to say, ‘I can provide. I belong here.'

LG Shipshikshya was founded with the mission to bridge the gap between uncertainty and opportunity, equipping individuals with the technical expertise industries search for. This is not just a program. This is a promise of a future they can finally believe in.

With the dream to provide Nepali youths with opportunities to create a career for themselves by bridging the gap between education and employment, the LG ShipShikshya Program under the initiation of Chaudhary Foundation aims to provide practical and hands-on learning that prepares people for careers in high-demand technical fields. Since its launch in 2024, the program has successfully conducted 16 training batches equipping 332 participants with valuable vocational skills through its Electrical & Mechanical Training.

At the conduction of the most recent training, a special visit was made by the Managing Director of LG Electronics, Mr, Gerald Chun and Chairperson of Chaudhary Foundation, Nirvana Chaudhary. Mr. Gerald Chun mingled with the participants of the training and exchanged meaningful words, while Mr Nirvana Chaudhary presented inspiring words during his speech. A representative of the participants Mr. Kheem Lal Bhattrai shared about his experience and how much he is learning through the program. Overall, the event served as a meaningful reminder of the purpose behind Chaudhary Foundation's continued commitment to empowering individuals through skill development and creating opportunities for sustainable livelihoods.

Under our initiative to equip aspiring individuals with practical skills creating pathways to employment and brighter futures Chaudhary Foundation has launched a 48-Day AC & Refrigeration Mechanic Training in collaboration with Kathmandu Metropolitan City and Kathmandu Model College. We hope for the best of all the participants as they begin this journey. We wish that this training can provide opportunities and confidence that will contribute to building successful careers.

In patnership with Dhulikhel Hospital,Chaudhary Foundation conducted a Maternal and Newborn Health (MNH) Training and Ultrasound (USG) Training for frontline healthcare professionals serving communities across Nepal to improve enhanced clinical knowledge and practical skills to provide quality maternal and newborn care.

As part of the CG Shipshikshya Program, Chaudhary Foundation remains committed to empowering individuals through high-quality technical training and skill development initiatives.

In collaboration with and , Chaudhary Foundation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to deliver vocational training programs in Electrical Appliance Repair, Air Conditioner Installation and Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (AC & REF) Mechanics.

Empowering communities through skills, creating pathways to sustainable livelihoods.

Chaudhary Foundation successfully completed a 57-day Electrical Appliances Repair Training in Pratappur Rural Municipality- Nawalparasi benefiting 30 aspiring youth. Through intensive hands-on learning and technical skill development, participants are now better equipped to pursue employment opportunities and establish their own enterprises.

At Chaudhary Foundation, we believe that skill-based education is a powerful catalyst for economic empowerment, self-reliance and community transformation.
