It focuses on activities aimed to improve lives, strengthen communities and sustainably develop Nepal. Through both the local and international partnership, Chaudhary Fo

undation tackles some of Nepal’s most pressing issues within social, economic and environmental fields. Because of its strong sense of responsibility towards improving livelihoods, the group has actively invested in community projects for over two decades, thriving to shape a stronger society. For each challenge, the foundation funds innovative ideas to help remove barriers and promote sustainable development, including quality education, economic empowerment, allowing for access to healthcare and uplifting Nepal’s youth. Focused and optimistic, the foundation is working with our partners to identify and implement transformative solutions so that every citizen can aspire to live a safe, healthy and productive life. Since its establishment, Chaudhary foundation has been working on Disaster Risk Management by providing long term humanitarian response to the most affected area. Initially Chaudhary Foundation focused on awareness and later on realizing the importance of rebuilding and sustainability, Chaudhary Foundation started on disaster recovery and rehabilitations.

Chaudhary Foundation successfully organized a two-week Maternal and Newborn Health (MNH) Training for birth attendants from various birthing centers, in close coordination with Dhulikhel Hospital.
This intensive training was designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and confidence of frontline health workers, enabling them to deliver safer and more effective care during childbirth. By strengthening their practical competencies, the program directly contributes to the broader goal of reducing maternal and child mortality rates in Nepal.
Over the years, Chaudhary Foundation has played a pivotal role in upgrading and equipping birthing centers across districts including Nawalpur, Nawalparasi, Sunsari, Saptari, and Doti. Building on this commitment, the training brought together participants from all these regions, creating a vibrant platform for peer learning, experience sharing, and collaboration.

The program not only enhanced technical expertise but also fostered a strong network of dedicated health professionals committed to improving maternal and newborn care in their communities.Chaudhary Foundation continues to reaffirm its commitment to strengthening healthcare systems, empowering local health workers, and ensuring safer motherhood for all.

Chaudhary Foundation in coordination with Dhulikhel Hospital successfully conducted 15-day Air Conditioner Repair and Maintenance Training Program.The training concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony for all participating trainees.This training was designed to empower youth through technical skill development and practical, hands-on learning. The program significantly strengthened the participants’ professional competencies, equipping them with industry-relevant knowledge and enhancing their future employment and self-employment opportunities.

Chaudhary Foundation successfully organized a 48-day AC and Refrigerator Mechanic training program at CGIP, Nawalpur for 40 participants. This program has been effective in upgrading participants’ existing technical capacities by combining comprehensive theoretical instruction with extensive hands-on practical sessions. Through this approach, trainees were able to strengthen their understanding of core concepts while gaining real-world experience, better preparing them for employment opportunities or self-employment in the refrigeration and air-conditioning sector.

महिला नेतृत्व विकासका लागि एकदिने तालिम कार्यक्रम
चौधरी फाउन्डेसनको आयोजनामा महिला नेतृत्व विकासका लागि एकदिने तालिम कार्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भएको छ। उक्त कार्यक्रममा लुम्बिनी प्रदेशसभा सदस्य माननीय विश्व प्रेम पाठक ज्यु प्रमुख अतिथिका रूपमा तथा बर्दघाट नगरपालिकाका प्रमुख शम्भु लाल श्रेष्ठ ज्यु विशेष अतिथिका रूपमा सहभागी हुनुहुन्थ्यो।
कार्यक्रममा महिलाको नेतृत्व क्षमता अभिवृद्धि, आत्मविश्वास विकास तथा सामाजिक–आर्थिक सशक्तीकरणका विषयमा केन्द्रित रहेर विविध सत्रहरू सञ्चालन गरिएका थिए। तालिममा चौधरी फाउन्डेसनका तर्फबाट मेरिना रञ्जित, कानुन विज्ञ झल माया बि.क., नबिल बैंकका क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय (आर.ओ.) की प्रतिनिधि दिपा श्री मिश्र तथा कम्युनिकेशन एक्सपर्ट रोशन तिवारीले प्रशिक्षण प्रदान गर्नु भएको थियो। प्रशिक्षकहरूले नेतृत्व विकास, कानुनी अधिकार, वित्तीय साक्षरता तथा प्रभावकारी सञ्चार सीपका विषयमा व्यावहारिक र अन्तरक्रियात्मक प्रस्तुति दिएका थिए।
प्रमुख अतिथि माननीय विश्व प्रेम पाठकले महिलाको नेतृत्व विकास बिना समावेशी र दिगो विकास सम्भव नहुने उल्लेख गर्दै यस्ता तालिमहरूले महिलालाई निर्णय प्रक्रियामा सशक्त रूपमा अगाडि बढ्न प्रेरणा दिने बताउनु भयो। विशेष अतिथि नगर प्रमुख शम्भु लाल श्रेष्ठले स्थानीय तहको विकासमा महिलाको भूमिकालाई अझ प्रभावकारी बनाउन यस्ता क्षमता अभिवृद्धि कार्यक्रम आवश्यक रहेको धारणा व्यक्त गर्नु भयो।
कार्यक्रममा बर्दघाट नगरपालिका, प्रतापपुर गाउँपालिका, सुस्ता गाउँपालिका र सरावल गाउँपालिकाबाट जम्मा ६२ जना महिलाको सक्रिय सहभागिता रहेको थियो। सहभागीहरूले तालिमबाट प्राप्त ज्ञान र सीपलाई व्यक्तिगत, सामाजिक तथा पेशागत जीवनमा प्रयोग गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गरेका थिए।
समग्रमा, महिला नेतृत्व विकासका लागि आयोजना गरिएको यो एकदिने तालिम कार्यक्रम सहभागीहरूका लागि ज्ञानवर्द्धक, प्रेरणादायी तथा उपयोगी सावित भएको आयोजकले जनाएको छ।
