DSSO-Siraha Since the time of its establishment, DSSO Siraha has been working on the issue of Dalit rights, human trafficking, modern slavery and forced labour.

man rights, leadership development, entrepreneur development, advocacy, youth empowerment, land rights adolescent development as well as social justice as dignity. It has been organizing, empowering and mobilizing Dalits, women forced labors and adolescences against social discriminatory Malpractices and evils in the community and country. It has strong coordinations, collaboration and networking as well as alliance with government line agencies, elected representatives, Civil society organization, issue based movements, trade unions, sister organizations of various political parties, duty bearers and concerned stakeholders. The Organizations thematic and crosscutting interventions have been targeted to Madeshi Dalits, women, poorest of the poor, disadvantaged communities, forced as well as migrant labours and adolescents. Vision: Creation of just and equitable society without discrimination and exploitation in society and state. Mission: Organize and empower Madhesi Dalits for their leadership development to advocate on their fundamental rights issue to increase access in public service and resources. Goal: Contribute promoting socio-economic status, psychological boost of of Madhesi Dalits through awareness rising on social discriminatory malpractice and empowerment for their voice and concern, accessing public services and resources. Objectives:

To advocate for the protection and promotion of human rights and social justice. To raise voice for the special rights and reservation of Madeshi Dalits, landless, poor and oppressed groups, Harawa-charawa, migrant people and adolescences. To increase the excess of Madhesi Dalits on government service and resources. To promote the quality education of children belong to Madhesi Dalits.
