नेपालको आमाको दूध प्रतिस्थापन गर्ने वस्तु (बिक्री-वितरण तथा नियन्त्रण) ऐन, २०४९ (BMS Act), नियमावली २०५१ र IYCF-E (Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies) निर्देशिका अनुसार, विपद्को समयमा परामर्श, मनोसामाजिक सहयोग र पुन:स्तनपान (Relactation) सेवा मार्फत स्तनपानलाई जोगाउनु नै पहिलो प्राथमिकता हो ।

बजारको दूधलाई आम रूपमा (Blanket Distribution) गर्नुभन्दा, स्वास्थ्यकर्मी वा दक्ष विशेषज्ञको प्रत्यक्ष निगरानीमा, पहिचान गरिएका लक्षित शिशुहरूलाई मात्र लक्षित सहयोग (Targeted Support) हुनुपर्छ । बजारको दूध आवश्यकता बुझेर अन्तिम विकल्पको रूपमा मात्र प्रयोग गरिनुपर्छ ।

Video highlights from our recent collaboration with World Vision International Nepal

In collaboration with RRPK in Sarlahi, Sochai supported implementation of 3 days capacity building bootcamp and a School Meal Summit + Poshan Mela in Haripurwa, Sarlahi. Shoutout to our facilitators - Sushmita, Sujata, Pabitra, Shiwani and all the super energetic young champion students and local partners. 🙏

We are so proud to have reach hundreds through this initiative along with policy recommendations and advocacy among local representatives for improving school meal and overall nutrition of women, children and adolescents. 🫶
