On 17 February 2026, Lori and Bina Sister Global Cancer Research Foundation successfully distributed winter clothes in Surkhet, Karnali Province, for orphan, semi-orphan, marginalized, and ultra-poor children. The program was led by the Technical Advisor of HEARD Nepal in close coordination with the local government, ensuring effective implementation and proper identification of the most vulnerable children. This initiative aims to improve children’s education and ensure safe health during the cold season. Warm clothing protects them from harsh winter conditions and supports regular school attendance, contributing to better learning outcomes. Heard Nepal HEARD Nepal

On 2 February 2026, Lori & Bina Sister Global Cancer Research Foundation, with technical support from HEARD Nepal, in coordination with Shree Namuna Primary School, located in the Everest mountain range area of Likhupike Rural Municipality–02, Sulukhumbu District, distributed tracksuits and woolen hats to children from very poor, helpless, and vulnerable families.
This compassionate support was provided to bring warmth, dignity, and encouragement to children living in a remote Himalayan region, while also supporting their education and overall well-being. The initiative especially focused on children from the most marginalized households and those at risk of being left behind.
The Foundation, together with HEARD Nepal, remains committed to continuing educational support and care for these children in the coming days, with the shared goal of improving learning opportunities and restoring hope for a better future.

We are thrilled to officially announce the collaboration and partnership between LORI & BINA Sister Global Cancer Research Foundation (L&B Foundation) and HEARD Nepal HEARD Nepal, effective 1st February 2026. Nepal
The L&B Foundation, inaugurated on 7th January 2026, has its country office in Kathmandu, Nepal and works nationally while collaborating internationally to make a meaningful difference. Together with HEARD Nepal, we are committed to serving communities across Nepal, focusing on humanitarian services, health, and social change.
To formalize this partnership, both organizations have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking the beginning of a long journey of working together for community empowerment and social change.
As sister organizations in Nepal, we are joining hands to empower communities, drive change, and build a better future.
