Beyond Business is about being there beyond the moments that matter most.

This Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Ramesh Gupta Memorial Trust (RGMT), the CSR initiative of Ramesh Corp., came together with Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS), childhood cancer survivors, parents, healthcare professionals, and partners for a Survivor and Parent Support Group Meeting.

Because the journey does not end with treatment, the event created a space to share experiences, celebrate survivorship, strengthen connections, and build support for children and families beyond treatment.

Through RGMT, and together with PAHS, Leo Foundation, World Child Cancer (WCC), and our partners and supporters, we continue to go Beyond Business—towards a community where every child and family feels supported, heard, and never alone.

🎗️ Spreading Awareness, Inspiring Action - Cancer Awareness Program 🎗️
As we mark as a month dedicated to raising about , we had the opportunity to organize a Cancer Awareness Program for the students of Shivpuri Secondary School in 21st September, 2026, in partnership with World Child Cancer and Technical support from 'sHospital .
We were honored to have Dr. Bishwonath Adhikari and Dr. Sani Sipai from Kanti Children’s Hospital facilitate the session. Their valuable insights and engaging interaction helped students better understand cancer, the importance of awareness, healthy habits, early recognition, and the role each of us can play in creating a more informed community.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this program successful - especially the Principal and teachers of Shivapuri Secondary School for their wonderful support and coordination, the students for their enthusiastic participation, and Dr. Bishow Nath Adhikari , Dr. Sani Sipai, and the entire ’sHospital team for sharing their time, knowledge and expertise.
Programs like these remind us that awareness is one of the first steps toward prevention, early detection and better health outcomes. Together, we can help build a generation that is more informed, aware, and proactive about cancer and health.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this initiative meaningful.

Strengthening Collaboration for Childhood Cancer Care
A productive 4th Project Steering Committee Meeting was successfully held on 2 September, 2026 at Basera Hostel, bringing together key partners to review project progress, exchange perspectives, discuss priorities, and further strengthen collaboration towards our shared goals in childhood cancer care and support.
We sincerely appreciate the valuable contributions, guidance, feedback, and continued commitment of Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS), Kanti Children’s Hospital (KCH), B.P. Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital (BPKMCH), Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital (B*H), World Health Organization (WHO), World Child Cancer UK (WCC UK), Together Against Childhood Cancer (TACC), and Ramesh Gupta Memorial Trust (RGMT).
We remain committed to working alongside our partners to strengthen support systems for children with cancer, survivors, and their families, while contributing to more coordinated and sustainable childhood cancer care in Nepal. 🎗️💛

Celebrating Childhood Cancer Awareness Month at PAHS 💛
Ramesh Gupta Memorial Trust (RGMT) was honored to be part of the Childhood Cancer Awareness Month celebration at Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS), bringing together childhood cancer survivors and parents for a meaningful Survivor and Parent Support Group Meeting on 1st September, 2026.
The gathering provided a safe and supportive space for survivors and parents to share experiences, connect with one another, celebrate survivorship, and strengthen peer support. It was also a powerful reminder that supporting a child with cancer goes beyond treatment, it includes standing alongside survivors and families throughout their journey.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS), Leo Foundation, World Child Cancer (WCC), and everyone involved for their valuable support in making this meaningful gathering possible.
We believe that no child or family should have to face childhood cancer alone. Creating spaces where families can connect, feel heard, learn from one another, and find strength through shared experiences is an important part of building a stronger support system for childhood cancer care and survivorship.
We are grateful to all the survivors, parents, healthcare professionals, partners, and supporters who made the program special.
Together, let us continue to raise awareness, strengthen family and community support, celebrate survivors, and work towards better outcomes for every child affected by cancer.

In these difficult times, our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by the devastating floods in Rasuwa and across Nepal.

We stand in solidarity with the families who have lost their loved ones, those who have been displaced, and everyone facing uncertainty and hardship during this difficult period.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to the first responders, security personnel, healthcare workers, volunteers, and local communities working tirelessly on the ground to support those in need.

May we come together with compassion, courage, and hope as Nepal navigates through this difficult time.
