International Trade Union Confederation Nepal Affiliate Council Unity in diversity for ensuring democratic labour market ITUC-NAC has become the common platform for these three major trade unions in Nepal.

ITUC-NAC is an umbrella organization that now consists of three of largest trade unions in Nepal—General Federation of Nepal Trade Unions (GEFONT), Nepal Trade Union Congress (NTUC) and All Nepal Trade Union Federation (ANTUF) affiliated with ITUC globally. However, it renders required support to other fringe trade unions too so that collaborative effort can eventually ensure landmark achievements in institutionalizing the right of all the workers in Nepal.
