वातावरण अध्ययन तथा संरक्षण केन्द्रको आयोजनामा र द रुफोर्ड फाउन्डेसनको सहयोगमा आयोजित कार्यक्रममा सवारी चालक, निकुञ्ज तथा वन कार्यालयका प्रतिनिधि, स्थानीयवासी, यातायात व्यवसायी, संचारकर्मी लगायतको सहभागिता थियो। कार्यक्रमलाई मिस शिवा ज्ञवालीले संचालन गरेकी थिईन ।
