Subject- Request for a kind support to a helpless Child
With due Respect I am writing to inform you that, we are trying to seek support to a helpless child Mr. Diyan Dhamala (6 years old) & Mr. Dibyam Damala (4 years old), who is from a very poor family, is currently studying in class UKG & Nursery in Greenfield international school, Bafal Kathmandu. Two son of Mr. Dipak Damala and Mrs. Kamala Lamichhane Damala, permanent resident of Shahid Lakhan Rural Municipality ward no 6, Ghairung Gorkha Nepal who are currently residing in Ramkot, Kathmandu. the mother of the child Kamala Lamichhane Dhamala 36 yrs/F has been suffering from Brain Stroke ( LEFT MCA / PCA TERRITORY INFARCTION WITH GDM with DCM) as well as right part paralysis of body on 2020-12-23. She had first Major head surgery (LEFT MCA/PCA TERRITORY INSCHEMIC INFARCTION ) as well as (CRANICTOMY WITH LAX DUROPLASTY). During this treatment the family has spent huge amount of money. For her complete recovery , it has been reported that it takes long duration. Still she has paralysis in the right part of body. Likewise, a large amount of cash was consumed to buy medicine and check up. Again she has major health issues on head, so they had to do re-operation (LEET DECOMPRESSIVE HEMICRANIECTOMY FOR LEFT MCA MALIGNANT INFARCTION WITH HEMORRHAGIC TRANSFORMATION ) on 2024-01-26 that is ACRYLIC CRANIOPLASTY. For this treatment, actually their financial condition was very bad. So, some funds were collected from the relatives ,family and friends. After both surgeries, she has partial recovery only. now. Mr Dipak Damala , father of the child, has to fully look after the treatment of his wife and can not even spare time to make money to support the child for his study. As a result it has been very difficult to continue the education of the child and for the same reason probable funds has been sought from the kind individuals and organizations.
A considerable amount of money is required every month to manage school fees. clothing, stationeries, transportation in addition to fooding and lodging. In case some funds could be collected for the education of this innocent child we would feel that it could be a small deed of humanity from us. We, therefore, humbly request you to kindly grant donations for the child.
Thanking you with anticipation of positive response from you.
