NFPJ Nepal Photojournalists NFPJ is also striving to develop visual literacy in the country. NFPJ already has more than 200 working Photo Journalists as the member.

NFPJ is a group of Photo Journalists working for online, daily newspapers, weekly, fortnightly and monthly magazines with the objective of promoting Photo Journalism activites and especially preserving and advocationg for the rights of Photo Journalism in Nepal. NFPJ plans to have programmes to assist Photo Journalists to promote their photographs worldwide. NFPJ, established in 1997 has already c

onducted Photography/Photo Journalism workshops. Each year members of the forum have been participating the Photo Contests such as World Press Photo, etc.

📸 China Through the Eyes of Nepali Photojournalists’

The photo exhibition jointly organised by NFPJ Nepal and China Cultural Center Nepal has concluded successfully, marking the 187th World Photography Day and the 10th anniversary of the China Cultural Center in Nepal.

The exhibition showcased China’s natural beauty, culture, heritage, development, trade and everyday life through the lenses of Nepali photojournalists.

NFPJ Nepal President Pradeep Raj Onta said photography can play an important role in strengthening Nepal-China friendship, mutual understanding and cultural ties.

The exhibition brought together photography, tourism and cultural exchange, offering visitors a unique visual perspective of China through Nepali photographers. 🇳🇵🤝🇨🇳📸

The Beautiful Bangladesh’ photo exhibition was held at historic Hanumandhoka , Kathmandu, marking the “187th World Photography Day”

Jointly organised by NFPJ Nepal and Bangladesh Photojournalists Association (BPJA), the exhibition showcased Bangladesh’s natural beauty, culture, heritage and everyday life through powerful photographs.

The event also celebrated 21 years of friendship and professional exchange between Nepali and Bangladeshi photojournalists, using photography as a bridge for tourism promotion, cultural exchange and people-to-people connections. 🇳🇵🤝🇧🇩📸
