Our IKIGAI themed meeting was filled with inspiring speeches, thoughtful evaluations, meaningful connections, and moments that reminded us why we continue to grow together as communicators and leaders 🌿🎤

Last Monday, at our Kathmandu Toastmasters Club weekly meeting, we embraced the beauty of “Imperfections” ✨ because every pause, every stumble, and every unpolished moment is part of the journey toward growth.

In a space where voices are nurtured, not judged, we learned that confidence isn’t about being perfect, but about showing up, speaking up, and improving one step at a time.
