Subject: Registration Guidelines & Contact Details for the 52nd Kiwanis Asia-Pacific (ASPAC) Convention 2027

​Dear Kiwanis Members and Fellow Leaders,
​Warm Kiwanis Greetings!

​We are pleased to share the official registration details and guidelines for the upcoming 52nd Kiwanis Asia-Pacific Convention organized by Kiwanis Nation of Guam.

​Event Details
​Event: 52nd Kiwanis Asia-Pacific Convention
​Date: 11 – 14 March 2027
​Venue: Dusit Thani Guam Resort, Tumon, Guam
​Theme: "We are One Kiwanis"

​Registration Fee Structure
​Early Bird Registration: Registration fee US$ 330 & Service Charge 4% of Registration Fee. Applicable within 20 July 2026 to 15 October 2026.
​Regular Registration: US $350 (16 October 2026 to 31 January 2027)

​Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration fee includes 3 meals:
- Dinner at Opening Night & Closing Night
- Lunch at Business Session

Cancellation/Refund
- Must be due to extenuating circumstances (i.e. visa refusal)
- Request must be done on or before 31st January 2027
- Associated charges will be deducted from the original registration fee
- Registration fee is not refundable/cancellation AFTER 31JAN27
- Transfer of registration fee is allowed until 31st January 2027.

Applicable service charges will be deducted from the refunded fee.
​Non-Refundable Period: After 31 January 2027, registration fees become strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.
​Transferability: Registration fees cannot be transferred to another delegate under any circumstances.
