आदरणीय किवानिज डिभिजन २, ४, ६ र ७ का सम्पूर्ण लिडरज्यूहरू,
नमस्कार !

किवानिज नेपाल डिस्ट्रिक्टको बाइलज (Bylaws) बमोजिम, आगामी डिभिजन कन्फ्रेन्स-२०२६ (Division Conference-2026) का लागि लेफ्टिनेन्ट गभर्नर–इलेक्ट (Lieutenant Governor-Elect) पदमा वर्ष २०२६–२०२७ को लागि उम्मेदवारी दिन ईच्छुक तथा योग्यता पुगेका सदस्यहरूलाई आवश्यक कागजातसहित उम्मेदवारी दर्ता गराउन हार्दिक अनुरोध गरिन्छ।

उम्मेदवारी दर्ता गर्ने मिति र समय:
•⁠ ⁠मिति: २०८३ साउन १८ गते (३ अगस्ट २०२६)
•⁠ ⁠समय: बिहान १०:०० बजे देखि साझ ५:०० बजे सम्म
•⁠ ⁠स्थान: किवानिज नेपाल डिस्ट्रिक्टको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, बालुवाटार

डिभिजन कन्फ्रेन्सको मिति:
•⁠ ⁠मिति: २०८३ साउन २२ गते, शुक्रबार (७ अगस्ट २०२६)
•⁠ ⁠समय: दिउँसो ४:०० बजे बाट
•⁠ ⁠स्थान: यात्री सुइट्स होटल, ठमेल, काठमाडौं

उम्मेदवारी दर्ताका लागि आवश्यक कागजातहरू:
१.⁠ ⁠उम्मेदवारलाई क्लबबाट अनुमोदन गरिएको निर्णय (Minutes) को प्रमाणित प्रतिलिपि।
२.⁠ ⁠सम्बन्धित क्लबको सिफारिस पत्र, जसमा:
•⁠ ⁠क्लब नम्बर र उम्मेदवारको किवानिज नम्बर
•⁠ ⁠Dues Clearance (District and International)
•⁠ ⁠उम्मेदवारको क्लबमा रहेको पद स्पष्ट रूपमा उल्लेख भएको हुनुपर्ने।
३.⁠ ⁠कर्जा सूचना केन्द्र (Credit Information Center) को पत्र।
४.⁠ ⁠किवानिज नेपाल डिस्ट्रिक्टद्वारा जारी गरिएको आधिकारिक उम्मेदवारी फाराम।
५.⁠ ⁠प्रहरी चारित्रिक प्रमाणपत्र (Police Report)।
६.⁠ ⁠व्यक्तिगत विवरण (Curriculum Vitae - CV)।
७.⁠ ⁠नेपाली नागरिकता वा राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्रको प्रमाणित प्रतिलिपि।
८.⁠ ⁠उम्मेदवारी दर्ता दस्तुर रु. १०,०००/- बुझाएको नगद रसिदको प्रतिलिपि।

साथै, देहायका डिभिजनका वर्तमान लेफ्टिनेन्ट गभर्नर–इलेक्ट (Lieutenant Governor-Elect) ज्यूहरूलाई आगामी वर्ष २०२६–२०२७ लेफ्टिनेन्ट गभर्नर (Lieutenant Governor) पदका लागि उम्मेदवारी दर्ता गर्न हार्दिक अनुरोध गरिन्छ। उहाँहरूले पनि माथि उल्लेखित सम्पूर्ण आवश्यक कागजातहरू तथा उम्मेदवारी दर्ता दस्तुर रु. २,००० (रु. दुई हजार मात्र) जिल्ला कार्यालयमा भुक्तानी गरेको नगद रसिदको प्रतिलिपि सहित उही मिति, समय र स्थानमा आफ्नो उम्मेदवारी दर्ता गराउनु हुन अनुरोध छ।

सम्बन्धित सबै उम्मेदवारज्यूहरूलाई तोकिएको मिति र समयमा सम्पूर्ण आवश्यक कागजातसहित उम्मेदवारी दर्ता गराउन हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछौं।
