The group of experts and a networking of women in Inclusive Women Development Forum Nepal (IWDFN )is a nonprofit organization, working among the most needy, poor, and conflicted children and women of Nepal. This organization was established in 2065 BS with a vision to bring relief and awareness programs among the community's women, children, and helpless people. IWDFN is a small organization with
a vision to serve and support those people in the community who are in dire need. It is committed and dedicated to women's empowerment, skill-based training, and literacy programs for women who are struggling to read and write. Problems like this have pushed them behind and they have difficulties conducting everyday business and running life. Despite having an intense desire to attend school poor and needy children due to family problems are not able to get an education. We are currently coming up with education for all the children's programs. This program encompasses the children at risk who have no access to school. Though a child has an interest in going to school due to severe family financial problems, he or she is not being able to attend school. Now, IWDFN is working with the children and providing them with scholarships at different schools in the valley. IWDFN runs training programs, and workshops and conducts social awareness activities on social issues, and problems owing to deeply rooted and practiced from ancient times. IWDFN has come across many social issues that have remained unaddressed. Awareness programs, like family management, resolving family crises, and handling violent, as well as domestic conflicts. IWDFN believes in a team spirit and believes in the motto "United we stand" It is seeking strong coordination and cooperation from the organizations who have served the community and country in various aspects and spectrums of life. • To provide educational support to poor students belongs to economically disadvantaged, child laborers, disabled, orphans, semi orphans.
• To sensitize destitute women and adolescent girls on their rights & entitlements.
• To empower poor women and promote Self-help groups.
• To help and sponsor old age persons' midday meals, and groceries to enable them to get timely food.
• To rehabilitate orphan and street children.
• To take up relief and rehabilitation for the victims of Natural Calamities like floods.
• To educate and enlighten the indigenous tribal and remote rural masses.
• To empower youth and provide vocational/ skill development training for sustainable livelihoods.
• To rehabilitate child labor, street children, and orphans to sensitize them on their rights.
• To sensitize the public on health & sanitation, education, environment, consumer rights, road safety, and other social issues.
• To promote scientific temper and take up IT to the grassroots.

Work Experiences
IWDFN is a small organization established in 2065 BS by a group of social workers, who have a common goal to rebuild womanhood and advocate for the needs, rights, and freedom issues among women. It also brings relief and restoration programs for the women and children at risk. Works of IWDFN
In the past years, it organized some prominent social awareness programs on its effort with the help of its members. It conducted a program “Uniting Society” through a social program conducting Puja and Yagya to promote social harmony. It distributed wheelchairs to physically challenged people who did not have legs or were paralyzed for years. It carried out waste management programs at the local level with the motive of making a healthy family, a healthy society, and a healthy environment. Recently it also carried out a Cervical Cancer Checkup at Shantinagar, where people from adjoining towns also participated and more than 345 women benefited from this program. Another important object of IWDFN is to provide scholarships for helpless children. It has been providing financial assistance to 9 children who are studying in different government and private schools in the valley since 2066 BS to date. Since its establishment, IWDFN has been empowering the women of the local areas by conducting literacy programs and giving them income-generating programs like Pickle making and creating self-employment programs by providing them training on handicrafts and cottage Industries programs at different levels. Our Services
We do something good for the downtrodden communities. IWDFN is reaching out to the marginalized in many ways. IWDFN works for the elevation of underprivileged Children, Women, and Youth using a holistic approach that addresses the physical, educational, environmental, and economic welfare of the community. By working in this approach, IWDFN aims to facilitate the self-sufficiency of families and whole communities. Ultimately, IWDFN visualizes global transformation through local change. We are working on many projects. The following are some:

• Integrating the socioeconomic, cultural, and politically backward of the fragmented population and working for their advancement
• Work for child rights and rehabilitation programs for dropouts
• Work for the transformational framework and community reconciliation
• Creating health awareness among the community through medical & health camps, distribution of medicines, HIV/ AIDS prevention, school health programs, etc.
• Conduct evening tuition classes for adolescent girls
• Form self-help groups for women, organize leadership, strengthening SHGs, Literacy, environmental protection, legal aid, social awareness, and skill training for women.
• Conduct child care and protection programs like child rights, orphanages, crèche centers, street children rehabilitation, education support to poor students, etc.
• Organize old age people welfare programs like mid-day meals, distribution of groceries, distribution of clothes & blankets, etc.
• Conduct Vocational skill training for sustainable livelihoods for women, youth, and adolescents.
• Capacity building of women on their rights, entitlements, legal protections & provisions from Government and Non-Government agencies.
• Conduct Seminars, Workshops, Research studies, and evaluation studies on various issues of socio-economic educational policies & programs.
