Our Story
(SOCH) Nepal, a Humanist non-profit organization that advocates for Human Rights, Good Governance and promotes scientific thinking . SOCH aims at reducing the suffering and human violations caused by superstition and imposed beliefs; and corruption. SOCH Nepal was founded in 2006; within its short life, SOCH Nepal has already earned significant outcomes in policy as well as grass-root level. The society is devoted to promoting humanism according to the Amsterdam Declaration 2002; SOCH Nepal has carried out various activities to create awareness among general people, and pressurize government agencies.
