Anjani Pokhrel is a fifth-year BALLB student at Kathmandu School of Law, specializing in Business Law. She is currently conducting her final year dissertation on Intellectual Property in Pharmaceuticals: Challenges and Opportunities, with a focus on balancing innovation and access to medicines. Over the course of her studies, she has actively engaged in academic research, workshops, and discussions on intellectual property rights and public health, allowing her to gain interdisciplinary insights into how legal frameworks impact the pharmaceutical sector. Her academic interest lies at the intersection of law, policy, and healthcare, and she aims to contribute to evidence-based reforms that address emerging challenges in pharmaceutical innovation and accessibility.
