नयाँ संसद्, नयाँ आशा र नयाँ जिम्मेवारी! 🇳🇵

आजदेखि प्रतिनिधिसभाको नयाँ अधिवेशन प्रारम्भ हुँदैछ। नवनिर्वाचित माननीय विधायकज्यूहरूलाई संसद्को गरिमामय यात्राका लागि हार्दिक शुभकामना।

तपाईंहरूले संसद्मा उठाउने प्रत्येक आवाज र निर्माण गर्ने प्रत्येक कानुनले देशको भविष्य तय गर्नेछ। संसद् केवल राजनीतिक दाउपेचको थलो मात्र नभई जनसरोकारका विषयमा गम्भीर बहस र नीति निर्माण गर्ने थलो बनोस् भन्ने हाम्रो चाहना छ।

तपाईंको विधायकी भूमिकालाई हामी सधैं सम्मानपूर्ण 'चासो'का साथ नियालिरहनेछौं।

सुशासन: नारामा मात्रै कि नागरिकको अनुभवमा? 🤔🇳🇵

वर्षौँदेखि हामीले सत्ता परिवर्तनका साथै सुशासनका मिठा चर्चाहरू सुन्दै आयौँ। तर, व्यवहारमा नागरिकले भोगेको यथार्थ भने फरक थियो—मौलाउँदो भ्रष्टाचार, बिचौलियाको बिगबिगी र झन्झटिलो सार्वजनिक सेवा। उही पुराना अनुहार र उही दोहोरिने आश्वासनले आम नेपाली आजित भइसकेका थियौं।

यही बेथिति र उत्तरहीनताको बीचबाट जन्मिएको थियो— 'सुशासनमा प्रश्न'।

विगत लामो समयदेखि हामीले वडादेखि संघसम्मका गतिविधिलाई नियाल्यौँ, सञ्चारमाध्यममा प्रकाशित समाचार/केसहरुमार्फत् प्रश्न उठायौँ र सुशासनका बाधक तत्वहरूलाई नङ्ग्याउने प्रयास गर्यौँ। सुशासनकै लागि 'जेन-जी' (Gen-Z) पुस्ता सडकमा ओर्लियो, जसले खबरदारी मात्र गरेन, एउटा नयाँ आशाको बीउ पनि रोपिदियो। 🌱

आज समय फेरिएको छ।

फागुन २१ को जनादेश र संसददेखि सरकारसम्म देखिएको नयाँ ऊर्जाले एउटा सुन्दर ५ वर्षको खाका कोरेको छ। बेथिति विरुद्ध बोल्न र प्रश्न गर्न थालेको एक दशक लामो हाम्रो यात्रामा पहिलोपटक जनमानसमा एउटा वास्तविक 'आशा' उदाएको हामीले महसुस गरेका छौँ।

त्यसैले, यो हप्ता हामी 'सुशासनमा प्रश्न' होइन, बरु यो सकारात्मक परिवर्तन र नयाँ सुरुवातलाई 'सुशासनलाई स्वागत' गर्न चाहन्छौँ। ✨

⚠️ तर, हाम्रो खबरदारी जारी छ!
'स्वागत' को अर्थ प्रश्न गर्न छाडिएको होइन। राम्रो कामको हामी खुलेर प्रशंसा गर्नेछौँ, तर जहाँ ढिलासुस्ती र बेथिति देखिन्छ, त्यहाँ सरकार होस् वा संसद्—हाम्रो प्रश्न हिजोकै जस्तो प्रखर र निरन्तर रहनेछ।

आउनुहोस्, यो साताको 'सुशासन विशेष' ग्राफिक्सहरू हेरौँ र नयाँ नेतृत्वबाट सुशासनको प्रत्याभूति खोजौँ। 👇

Good Governance: Just a slogan, or finally a reality? 🤔🇳🇵

For years, we have seen governments change, but the promises of good governance often remained just that—promises. We witnessed a rise in corruption, the grip of middlemen on public services, and a cycle of the same old faces offering the same old vows. Citizens were exhausted, and "Good Governance" felt like a distant dream.

Driven by the need to identify the real barriers to progress, 'Questions on Governance' was born.

For over a decade, we have scrutinized every level of government—from local wards to the federal level—questioning every act that hindered accountability. We saw the youth, the "Gen-Z" movement, take to the streets not just to protest, but to demand a new standard of leadership.

Today, the wind is shifting.

The recent mandate and the arrival of fresh, young energy in both Parliament and Government have sparked a rare sense of hope. For the first time in our long journey of questioning the status quo, we see a genuine window for change.

That is why, this week, we are pivoting from 'Questions on Governance' to 'Welcoming Good Governance.' ✨

⚠️ A Note on Our Stance:
Welcoming this new chapter does not mean we have stopped asking questions. We will celebrate every step toward progress, but our watch over the government and parliament remains as vigilant as ever. We will continue to call out irregularities whenever they arise.

अनुभवबाट खारिएको नेतृत्व: माननीय विराजभक्त श्रेष्ठज्यूको विधायकी यात्रा 🏛️

'मेरो विधायक मेरो चासो' अभियानको पहिलो अतिथि हुनुहुन्थ्यो—माननीय विराजभक्त श्रेष्ठज्यू। प्रदेश सभा सदस्यबाट सुरु भई संघीय संसदको रोष्ट्रमसम्म आइपुग्दा उहाँले तय गर्नुभएको विधायकी यात्रा निकै रोचक र प्रेरणादायी छ।

राजनीतिमा अनुभवले कसरी परिपक्वता ल्याउँछ भन्ने एउटा गतिलो उदाहरण हुनुहुन्छ श्रेष्ठ। प्रदेश सभामा पदचाप छोड्दै संघीय संसदमा सशक्त आवाज उठाउनुभएका उहाँ हालै नयाँ सरकारको उर्जामन्त्री नियुक्त हुनुभएको छ।

आज नवनिर्वाचित जनप्रतिनिधिज्यूहरूको शपथ ग्रहणको दिन। यो शपथ केवल एउटा कानुनी प्रक्रिया मात्र नभई आम नागरिकसँग गरिएको 'पवित्र बाचा' र 'सङ्कल्प' पनि हो।

संसदीय मर्यादा र जनअपेक्षा अनुरूप आगामी ५ वर्षको यात्रा सफल होस्। हामी सचेत नागरिकको रूपमा तपाईंका राम्रा कामको प्रशंसा र गल्तीमा प्रश्न गरिरहने नै छौँ।

प्रतिनिधिसभाका नवनिर्वाचित ज्येष्ठ सदस्य माननीय अर्जुननरसिंह केसी ज्यूले आजै राष्ट्रपतिज्यूबाट शपथ ग्रहण गरी सिंहदरबारस्थित संघीय संसद् सचिवालयमा आफ्नो कार्यभार सम्हाल्नुभएको छ। 🏛️

एकातर्फ नयाँ प्रतिनिधिसभा सुरु हुने संघारमा छ भने अर्कोतर्फ देशमा 'जेन जी' (Gen Z) आन्दोलन र राजनीतिक परिवर्तनको नयाँ लहर छ। यस्तो महत्त्वपूर्ण समयमा, हामीले 'मेरो विधायक मेरो चासो' अभियान अन्तर्गत तत्कालीन विधायक केसीज्यूसँग गरेको यो विशेष संवाद सार्वजनिक गर्न चाहन्छौँ।
