We are delighted to welcome Mr. Raju Kumar Sibakoti to the HRSN Family!

Mr. Raju Kumar Sibakoti is an experienced HR and management professional with a diverse career spanning Human Resource Management, HR Consulting, Finance,Public Finance (PFM) and Organizational Leadership. He has built a strong professional journey across leading organizations, contributing to people management, organizational development, employee relations, and business operations.

He is currently serving as Board of Director – taking care HR matters at Reliance Education Network group, Kathmandu. Previously, he has held HR and business consulting roles at Deerwalk and D2 Hawkeye, Nepal Government and began his professional journey with Coca-Cola Nepal, where he was involved Finance together as Labour Relation Commitee Chair. He has also contributed to many corporate houses, like White reputed School, Colleges, multinationals at various capacities in Nepal and abroad, after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) from Mumbai.

We are confident that his extensive professional experience, multidisciplinary expertise, and valuable insights will greatly enrich the HRSN community.

We are delighted to welcome Ms. Shubhra Rayamajhi to the HRSN Family.

Ms. Rayamajhi is a seasoned human resources and administration professional with extensive experience across human resource management, operations, administration, and organizational leadership. Over the course of her career, she has contributed to strengthening people practices, supporting organizational growth, and cultivating effective and inclusive workplace environments.

She currently serves as Head of Operations – Human Resources/Administration at Dolma Advisors Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, she has worked with both international and national organizations in human resource capacities, bringing with her a broad and well-rounded professional perspective.
