The Nepalese Society of Student Researchers (NSSR) successfully conducted the "Science Beyond the Classroom" talk session at Bagishwori Secondary School, Bhaktapur, engaging Class 12 students in an interactive discussion on the Distribution of Energy in the Spectrum of a Black Body.
Beyond the equations and concepts, the session encouraged students to ask questions, think critically, and experience science as a journey of exploration rather than memorization. The enthusiasm, thoughtful discussions, and active participation from the students made this initiative truly meaningful.
We sincerely thank the school administration, teachers, and every student for their warm hospitality and engagement. Together, we continue working towards fostering a culture of scientific curiosity and research among young minds.
Science grows where curiosity is encouraged.

🎉 Proud Moment for NSSR!

Congratulations to our Biophysics researchers Dhirendra Pd Upadhyay and Om Jha for securing Third Position in the Poster Presentation category on the ANPA Conference 2026, held on July 25 at Central Department of Physics, Tribhuvan University.

Their award winning research, titled "In Silico Study of Natural Compounds as Potential Urati Inhibitors for the Treatment of Uric Acid," highlights the potential of computational approaches in identifying natural compounds for therapeutic applications.

This research was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Arjun Acharya, whose mentorship and guidance were instrumental throughout the project.

👏 Congratulations to the team on this outstanding achievement! We look forward to seeing their continued contributions to scientific research.
