Organized by Kalash Events, this prestigious platform honors the legacy of the legendary Nhuche Bahadur Dangol while giving young percussionists a stage to shine. Our students have been practicing tirelessly to master the traditional beats of the Madal, and we couldn't be happier to see them represent our institution.

The Seto Machindranath Jatra is one of Kathmandu's most significant and vibrant chariot festivals, honoring the deity of compassion and rain, Janabaha Dyo. This annual event brings together thousands of devotees in a celebration that winds through the historic heart of the city.

It was an incredible honor for Kathmandu Music Mandala to participate in the historic Seto Machindranath Jatra. Our talented students brought the streets of Kathmandu to life, filling the air with the powerful rhythms of the Dhime and the graceful energy of the Dhime Dance.

Seeing the next generation carry forward these ancient beats with such passion and dedication is truly inspiring. A huge thank you to all the students, parents, and organizers who made this performance so memorable.

Rhythm is the soul of the Song/Music.

It was honor to organize the Workshop on “Drums of the Valley” by Maestro Mr. Pancha Narayan Maharjan.
The session beautifully highlighted the depth, rhythm, and cultural significance of our traditional drums.

Participants had a wonderful opportunity to learn directly from a master and connect with the rich musical heritage of the valley.
It inspires the next generation to appreciate and preserve our traditional music. 🔈🎵
