NEFOSTA is proud to announce the successful completion of the 10th National Conference on Food Science and Technology, held on May 8–9, 2026 in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Under the theme “Reimagining Food Systems: Climate-Resilient and Sustainable Nutrition through Science, Policy, and Smart Innovation,” the conference brought together researchers, academicians, policymakers, industry leaders, students, and international experts for meaningful discussions and collaboration.

From keynote sessions and technical presentations to panel discussions and poster presentations, the conference created an impactful platform for knowledge exchange on food systems, sustainability, innovation, and food safety.

NEFOSTA sincerely thanks all speakers, presenters, panelists, partners, sponsors, volunteers, and participants for their valuable support in making the conference a grand success.
