Planning to go abroad? First understand the legal process clearly, and make sure you learn the right skills before you leave. Always verify the manpower agency properly and obtain the required labor approval. Avoid going for work on a visit visa to stay safe from risks. Safe journey, bright future!

On December 10, at the steps of Janaki Mandir in the heart of Janakpur, young people gathered for something unplanned and powerful, a flash mob marking International Human Rights Day. No stage or any announcements, just an act to spread message about dignity, rights, and what migration really means for communities like theirs. It was raw, spontaneous, and exactly what this day needed.
We're deeply grateful to the European Union, Sweden, and IOM Asia Pacific for supporting work that meets people where they are, literally and figuratively.

Foreign Employment in Nepal has been immensly increasing. With this rise and opportunities, many youths get trapped into agent's false promises. This video centers on how a youth can rely on agent without the right information. Legal pathways protect migrants and families. Safe, orderly and Regular Labor Migration starts with the right information.
