Play, Stories and Shared Moments.
From imagination to interaction, Kopche came alive through its youngest and oldest voices. Children of the Kopche Baal Club co-created their own identity through a logo design process, while intercity Bagh Chaal brought together kids and elders from Kopche, Hadigaun, and Biratnagar—reviving tradition and activating shared space. Through a heritage treasure hunt, children explored stories of their own neighborhood, rediscovering Kopche with curiosity and pride.

At the 4th Kopche Festival, something quietly historic happened: two community campaigns - Jiwanta Hadigaun Abhiyaan and Kopche Punarjaagaran Abhiyaan signed their first sister-relation MoU in the presenceof the ward chairs and the Mayor of Dhankuta. Digo Bikas Institute (DBI) has been the catalyst throughout - from the very initiation of these campaigns to this very MoU. Months of conversations, planning, and hard work finally bore fruit. We have come a long way. This is not just a milestone, a model for others. To new beginnings, new possibilities.
