We are pleased to share the successful completion of Alpha Circle Board Schooling, a meaningful session focused on strengthening leadership, understanding roles and responsibilities, building teamwork, and preparing for the year ahead.

A special note of appreciation to our Past Presidents Leo Bibas Neupane and Leo Himal Rawal for sharing their valuable experiences, guidance, and lessons with the new board. It was a wonderful learning opportunity for the Darshana Circle Board members to better understand their roles, responsibilities, and leadership.

A meaningful step towards a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable community at Basukeshwar Mahadev Mandir, Tarakeshwor.

This initiative was successfully conducted by Leo Club of Kathmandu Manasalu, Leo Club of Kathmandu Manasalu-II and Chetana, bringing together collective efforts towards environmental responsibility and community service.

We are grateful to Basukeshwar Mahadev Mandir for the opportunity to serve and contribute towards a cleaner environment.

We are pleased to share the successful completion of our Online Panel Discussion in observance of World Breastfeeding Week 2026, centered around the theme "Breastfeeding for a Sustainable Start in Life: Strengthen What Works."

The session brought together diverse perspectives and meaningful discussions on creating stronger, sustainable support systems for breastfeeding.It highlighted that breastfeeding is not solely a mother's responsibility—it thrives through the collective support of families, healthcare professionals, workplaces, communities, and society. Together, we explored how strengthening existing support systems can help ensure every child gets the healthiest possible start in life.

As part of our observance of World Breastfeeding Week 2026, themed "Breastfeeding for a Sustainable Start in Life: Strengthen What Works," we are delighted to introduce the distinguished speakers for our Online Panel Discussion.

👩‍⚕️ Ms. Shafia Khatun
Food and Nutrition specialist, Oketani Technical Expert, and Lactation Consultant at Norvic International Hospital. She has extensive experience in breastfeeding counseling and maternal nutrition, supporting mothers with evidence-based guidance to ensure successful breastfeeding and improved maternal and child health.

👩‍⚕️ Dr. Reshu Agrawal Sagtani
Associate Professor, School of Public Health, Patan Academy of Health Sciences, Nepal, and Doctoral Research Fellow in Health Economics at Brunel University London. With extensive experience in public health research and implementation, her work focuses on strengthening health systems, shaping evidence-based policies, and improving health outcomes in resource-limited settings.

👩‍⚕️ Ms. Anita Khadka
Registered Midwife dedicated to supporting mothers and families through quality maternal care, promoting healthy practices, and empowering women throughout their motherhood journey.

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist (MPT-OBG) and Transvaginal & Transrectal Rehabilitation Specialist at B & B Hospital. She specializes in women's health physiotherapy, with a focus on maternal health, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and postpartum recovery.
