Rotaract Club of Dillibazar-Kathmandu Vibrant is what we are. Serving Mankind - Hand In Hand is the slogan of Rotaract club of Dillibazar. It's a vibrant club of dynamic youths.

It is a community based Rotaract club, chartered on 1st October 2001, under sponsorship of Rotary Club of Dillibazar-Ktm. The club holds its general meeting on every Saturday, from 8 am at Padmakanya H.S.S Dillibazar, Kathmandu. Among about twelve dozen Rotaract clubs in RI District 3292, Nepal, it is one of the clubs with high membership strength. It has members from diverse fields of studies lik

e Medical, Engineering, Science, Social Works, Journalism, Commerce, Law, Arts, etc and they are involved in different professions as Engineers, Bankers, Accountants, Journalists, Teachers, etc. Following universal Rotaract Theme “Fellowship Through Service”, it has “Serving Mankind: Hand in Hand” as the club motto. The activities of the clubs, as other Rotaract Clubs, are divided into four avenues of services: Club Service, Professional Development, International Service and Community Service. Leadership and professional development of members by involving them in social service and international understanding along with fellowship among club members are the main objectives of the club.

STRESS MANAGEMENT SESSION💥✨

On March 28, 2026, we successfully conducted a session on stress management, facilitated by Rotarian Parthibeshwor Sir. The session was truly insightful, where Rotaractors learned the importance of maintaining healthy food habits, the role of yoga and regular exercise in leading a balanced life, and effective ways to manage stress.

We also explored the idea of responding thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively, along with many other valuable lessons and inspiring words shared by him. It was an enriching experience that left everyone motivated to adopt a healthier and more mindful lifestyle.😊🌸

On Falgun 27, 2082 (Thursday), Rotary Club of Dillibazar and Rotaract Club of Dillibazar Kathmandu, organized a Menstrual Hygiene Awareness and Sanitary Pad Distribution Program for girls at Albert Secondary School, Maitidevi. During the program, Rtr Surakshya GC and Rtr Sanjana Lekhak conducted an awareness session on menstrual hygiene, proper use of sanitary pads, and safe disposal methods, emphasizing that menstruation is a natural biological process. Sanitary pads were also distributed to all participating students.
