कोशी प्रदेशमा यौनिकता, लैङ्गिकता र अधिकार इन्स्टिच्युट (SGRI) सम्पन्न भएको छ !
मिति २०२६ अप्रिल ५ देखि ९ सम्म लुम र CREA को सहकार्यमा आयोजित यौनिकता, लैङ्गिकता र अधिकार इन्स्टिच्युट (Sexuality, Gender and Rights Institute - SGRI) विराटनगरमा सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न गरिएको हो। यस इन्स्टिच्युटलाई बहुपुस्तौनी संवाद, साझा सिकाइ तथा अनुभव आदानप्रदानका लागि महत्वपूर्ण मञ्चका रूपमा लिन सकिन्छ। विभिन्न अभियन्ता तथा सामुदायिक नेतृत्वकर्ताहरूबीच भएको विचार–विमर्शले यौनिकता, लैङ्गिकता तथा अधिकारसम्बन्धी विषयहरूमा वृहत्तर बुझाइ अभिवृद्धि गर्नुका साथै समालोचनात्मक विश्लेषण, साथी सिकाइ र सहकार्यलाई अझ सुदृढ बनाएको छ। यस इन्स्टिच्युटलाई सहभागितामूलक तरिकाले सम्पन्न गर्न सफल भएकोमा लुम अत्यन्त उत्साहित र गौरवान्वित छ। अन्त्यमा, यस इन्स्टिच्युटलाई सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न गर्न महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निर्वाह गर्ने सबै स्रोत व्यक्ति, सहजकर्ता, SGRI Core Team तथा सहभागीहरूप्रति लुम हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त गर्दछ।
LOOM, in collaboration with CREA, successfully completed its Sexuality, Gender and Rights Institute (SGRI) in Koshi Province, held in Biratnagar from April 5–9, 2026, bringing together a dynamic and diverse group of participants across generations. The Institute served as a powerful space for multigenerational dialogue, shared learning, and the exchange of lived experiences among young people, experienced activists, community leaders, and practitioners.
Through meaningful engagements, participants collectively explored issues of sexuality, gender, and rights, fostering deeper understanding while also encouraging critical reflection, unlearning, and collective growth. The rich exchange of stories and perspectives strengthened connections across movements and highlighted the value of solidarity and collaboration in advancing inclusive, rights-based advocacy within communities. LOOM is deeply encouraged and proud to have facilitated this participatory process, and extends heartfelt gratitude to all resource persons, facilitators, the SGRI Core Team, and participants for their invaluable contributions to the success of the Institute.
