We have participated in many workshops and conferences from the national level to the global level show casing our work and presenting numerous success stories from Nepal keeping the flame of hope alive all the timel. Our main strategy revolves around helping people help themselves in which we lay emphasis on local capacity building, organizational development and human resource development to achieve a broader range of aims and objectives. Our experience shows us that big organizations do not necessarily produce big results. Instead smaller organizations are more innovative, effective, responsive and collectively make significant impacts in many areas of rural development. The organization is formed around a core team of development professionals bringing in years of experience working with international development agencies such as ActionAid, WaterAid, Practical Action, Danida, Finnida, GTZ, SDC, Helvetas, SNV,the United Nations Specialized Agencies such as Food and Agricultural Organization, International Fund for Agricultural Development, United Nations for Population Activities to name a few.
