🎓 Mountain Porter's Children Scholarship Program 2026 🎓
On 29 June 2026, Helping Friends Nepal successfully organized the Mountain Porter's Children Scholarship Program 2026 at our organization office in Budhanilakantha-11, Kathmandu.
Through this program, 54 children from mountain porter families received educational scholarships. Each child was awarded NPR 30,000 to support their education and help them pursue a brighter future. We believe that investing in children's education is one of the most meaningful ways to create lasting positive change in our communities.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Emmaüs 53, France, whose generous financial support made this scholarship program possible. Your compassion, solidarity, and unwavering commitment to the education of disadvantaged children have made a lasting impact on the lives of these young students and their families.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the Budhanilakantha Municipality, Ward No. 11, and Ward Chairperson Mr. Raju Adhikari for their valuable support, encouragement, and presence, which contributed to the success of this program.
