हामी अपाङ्गता भएको व्यक्तिहरूलाई भत्ता होइन जागिर अति आवसेक पर्छ । हाम्रो नि जीवन हो।ए राज्य हामीलाई बाँच्न देउ कि त गोली ठोकेर मारिदेउ। अपाङ्ग मन र मस्तिष्क नबनाऊ अनि मात्र अपाङ्ग दिगो विकास गर्न सक्छौं नत्र अपाङ्ग बनेर अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूलाई नुनचुक छर्ने काम नगर।

राज्यले अझै पनि अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूलाई भेदभाव गरेको छ। न त अधिकार दिन सक्छ? न त सम्मान नै गर्न सक्छ। यदि अपाङ्गता भएको व्यक्तिहरूको हक अधिकार दिन सक्दैनौ भने राज्यमा भएका सवालङ्ग कर्मचारीहरु अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूलाई आफ्नो पद दिए हुन्छ। अनुभव गरेर बोल्नुभन्दा अपाङ्गता को पीडामा भोगेको व्यक्तिहरुले सही पहिचान र सही कार्य गर्न सक्छन।

बेरोजगार र व्यवसाय गर्ने चाहने अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिको लागि सरकार र सरोकारवाला निकायहरुले बिना धितो ऋण प्रदान गरी आत्मनिर्भर बन्ने वातवरण सृजना गरियोस् ।
आबास नभएकाहरुलाई सरकारले आवासको व्यवस्था गरियोस् ।
