LAPSOJ is pleased to share the successful conclusion of the third session of the Training Series on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for the National Judicial Academy of Nepal, titled “Enhancing Contextually-Sensitive Adjudication: The Case of SRHR.” Held on 29 May 2026 at Hotel Himalaya, Lalitpur, the programme brought together judicial professionals for an engaging discussion on rights-based and context-sensitive approaches to adjudication in matters relating to sexual and reproductive health and rights.
The session was designed and delivered by Dr. Mara Malagodi, School of Law, University of Warwick, in collaboration with Dr. David Vitale, i-Probono, and LAPSOJ. We extend our sincere appreciation to all participants, collaborators, and partners whose contributions enriched the discussions and learning experience. LAPSOJ remains committed to promoting informed judicial engagement and advancing access to justice through capacity-building initiatives and collaborative partnerships.
