We are pleased to introduce our facilitator, Ms. Chetana Kunwar, Assistant Editor at Nepal Fact Check. With her extensive experience in journalism and fact-checking, she brings practical expertise in identifying misinformation, verifying digital content, and understanding the real-world impact of false narratives.

As part of our program “Youth Against Misinformation: Pause. Verify. Share.”, she will guide participants through hands-on fact-checking techniques, real-life case analysis, and interactive discussions aimed at building responsible digital citizens.

On 12th Feb, one of our General Members, Surasma Lamichhane conducted a Voter Literacy Session for the women of Hands in Outreach Organization, focusing on the importance of civic participation, informed decision-making, and understanding the power of every vote.

Through interactive discussions and knowledge-sharing, the participants engaged in conversations about the power of their voices and the role each citizen plays in shaping a stronger democracy.

We remain committed to promoting civic education and empowering communities to participate confidently in democratic processes.
