The 4th Edition of the Kirtipur Hand Course-2026 was jointly inaugurated by phect-NEPAL Executive Director Mr. Gauri Pradhan, Prof. Dr. Douglas Hutchinson, and Prof. Dr. Angela Wang from the Department of Hand Surgery at the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, USA. The course is being held at Kirtipur Hospital (KPH) and the TUTH Department of Orthopedics.
Patron Prof. Dr. Shankar Rai, Chair Dr. Kiran Nakarmii, and Co-Chair Prof. Dr. Suresh Upreti also emphasized the importance of the Kirtipur Hand Course, established in 2023. During the event, phect-NEPAL ED also announced the opening of the Kirtipur-Salt Lake City Hand Center at Kirtipur Hospital.

RISOP Yearly Review and Planning Meeting, held from 2083 Shrawan 11 to 14, is a four day program designed to review the progress of the past year and plan for the future. Includes burn care sessions, presentations, training sessions on speech therapy, psychosocial counseling, oral health education, human resources, financial management, administration, and digitalization by ICD department, along with discussions involving staff, coordinators, surgeons, and outreach teams. The program also features an opening ceremony, meetings with individual outreach staff, report discussions, and a closing ceremony, creating an important platform for learning, collaboration, and organizational planning.

Dr. Pudasaini holds an MS in Orthopedics and a Fellowship in Hand & Microsurgery (NAMS). He has received advanced training at Vilnius University, Lithuania, Wisconsin University (USA), and completed Observership & Microsurgery Training at Vanderbilt Medical Center (USA).
