In a country like Nepal, where we still lack in our basic healthcare and education facilities, to dream to address the impact of global warming is like a distant horizon. It may sound foolish to say that we are trying to address the issue of global warming, but just looking at the aftermath of global warming occur and curse the authorities responsible for it was more of being stupid.
