Center for Disabled Children Assistance (CDCA) is a non-government not for profit making entity working since 2006 AD in Nepal. The major purpose of CDCA is to support the children with disabilities (CwDs) to participate fully in the society and enjoy the equal rights and opportunities. CDCA adopts the integrated holistic approach to advocate the implementation of Convention on the Rights of the P

ersons with Disabilities. CDCA is focused on grass roots through making the easy accessibility of wheelchairs and disability aid to the most marginalized and poorer groups of the society. Along with accommodating, educating and taking care of holistic development of the children living with disabilities, CDCA advocates for inclusive education, provision of realization of rights of people living with disability through awareness raising and community dialogue at national, provincial and local levels. Since its inception, CDCA is providing a home, education and all the basic needs to children with disabilities. The children are from remotest geography and belong to the most marginalized and poorer community.

नेपाल सरकार, सम्पूर्ण मन्त्रालयहरू, सरकारी कर्मचारीहरू तथा सम्बन्धित निकायहरूसँग हाम्रो विनम्र अनुरोध छ कि वातावरण संरक्षण, ट्राफिक व्यवस्थापन, इन्धन बचत, समय व्यवस्थापन तथा राष्ट्रिय आर्थिक बचतका लागि “सामूहिक यात्रा तथा साझा सवारी प्रणाली” जस्ता योजनाहरूलाई प्राथमिकताका साथ लागू गरियोस् ।
विशेषगरी ठूला शहरहरूमा दैनिक रूपमा बढिरहेको ट्राफिक जाम, वायु प्रदूषण, इन्धनको अत्यधिक खपत तथा समयको बर्बादीले देशको आर्थिक तथा सामाजिक क्षेत्रमा गम्भीर असर पारिरहेको छ । यदि सरकारी कार्यालयका कर्मचारीहरू, मन्त्रालय स्तरका अधिकारीहरू तथा विभिन्न निकायहरूले साझा सवारी प्रयोग गर्ने संस्कृतिको विकास गर्ने हो भने यसले देशलाई ठूलो सकारात्मक परिवर्तनतर्फ लैजान सक्छ ।
