Our Story
Nyayik Sansar is a registered nonprofit making nongovernmental organization founded in 2009 by a group of people having similar interest who believe that there is a need to work collectively for socially deprived communities. It is registered in the District Administration Office Kathmandu, Nepal and associated with the social Welfare Council of the Government of Nepal. Nyayik Sansar work has been focused with underprivileged communities for their empowerment and livelihood improvement. The organization has since establishment successfully implemented various projects in the sectors of agricultural development and livelihood improvement, Women empowerment, Youth and Children awareness and educations. Nyayik Sansar Nepal staff and members are well trained professionals from various background like agriculture, rural development, micro finance, gender issue and community building. This interdisciplinary team reflects as well workforce diversity in terms of caste, ethnicity and gender. Nyayik Sansar believes in development through volunteering and every year more than a hundred foreign volunteers, mostly from Israel but also from North America, Australia and more, join Nyayik Sansar to volunteer as their service learning program. The organization currently works in Kathmandu, Dolakha and Dhading districts of Nepal and working with women, youth, children and farmers for their social empowerment, educational development and livelihood improvement. Nyayik Sansar’s professional and expert staff members lead the community development work in cooperation with the volunteers in different project areas.
