Barsha is an 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀. She is a WWF Nepal Scholar and an Environment Analyst at Himalayan Research Forum Nepal. Barsha is also part of the IUCN Commission on Ecosystem Management. Her work integrates research, policy, and storytelling to advance environmental conservation and public understanding of biodiversity and climate resilience.

Call for Applications: 4th Episode of NiCHOD – 3-Minute Thesis Video Competition

The National Young Academy of Nepal (NAYAN) invites student researchers across the country to apply for the 4th edition of “NiCHOD” — a nationwide competition where undergraduate and graduate students present their research in just 3 minutes to a general audience.

NiCHOD is designed to help young researchers develop the skill of communicating complex thesis-related work clearly, concisely, and engagingly in everyday language. This year, the grand finale will take place in Kathmandu, hosted by National College — our sincere thanks to the college for their generous support.
