The fourth week of our Prayer Program was held yesterday to pray for the peace of the souls who lost their lives in the devastating flood.

May their souls find peace and may their families and loved ones find strength and comfort during this difficult time. 🕊️🙏

🙏🏽 A Small Effort, A Small Contribution 🙏🏽

As a small effort to support those affected by the recent devastating Rasuwa floods, we contributed essential food supplies, including 175 kg of lentils, 182.5 kg of beans, 72 kg of soya chunks, 75 liters of soybean oil, 75 packets of salt, 76 packets of beaten rice (chiura), and 76 packets of dalmoth.

In coordination with the Kathmandu District Office, we delivered the relief supplies to the Samakhushi Relief Collection Centre.

Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who came forward and contributed — SIBN Office The Society Of Introduction to Buddhism, Nepal, our Language Program students, and all our well-wishers. Your support made this small effort possible. ❤️

It may feel like just a drop in the ocean, but we hope this small contribution can bring some support to those going through this difficult time.

🙏🏽 One Week Since the Devastating Floods in Rasuwa 🙏🏽

A week has now passed since the devastating floods in Rasuwa and other affected areas. Our prayer program is a small contribution from all the HSYWE students and well-wishers who joined us, dedicating their prayers to all those affected by this tragedy — those who lost their lives, those who remain missing, and the families and communities going through this difficult time.

May our prayers bring peace to those who have passed away, comfort to their loved ones, and protection to all those affected. 🙏🏽

Our Digital Safety Awareness Program with school students focused on understanding and preventing digital risks, including unsafe online interactions, cyberbullying, and misuse of social media.

Safe in the Digital World 💻✨

Over 110 language program students took part in a Digital Safety Awareness Program exploring online risks such as cyberbullying, unsafe online interactions, online sexual abuse, and exploitation.

The session helped participants better understand these risks and how they can support children and younger ones in staying safe and responsible online. The program was well appreciated by the participants.

And that’s a wrap on our ESD journey at Namgyal Secondary School, Gokarna! 🌱✨

Throughout the sessions, students explored self-awareness, communication, goal setting, time management, and other essential life skills. Their written feedback has been positive, with many sharing what they learned and how they hope to use these learnings in their daily lives.

We hope the learning continues — throughout their school years and beyond. 💫
